We've done abs, we've done arms, it's time for the legs to get a challenge! I found this great multi-squat 30-day challenge on The Fitness Magazine's site. There are great video demonstrations for each type of squat on the site. I'm so excited for this one… because you know I'm all about that bass, 'bout that bass, no treble! (couldn't help myself.)
