Tricep dips, pushups and mountain climbers… oh my! I got a request for an arm challenge… here it is! it's a good one because it's very adaptable many fitness levels. I found it on the "My Fitness Challenges" website. Pushups are my achilles heel and I'm going to stick to my knees but am going to double the amount of all the exercises for the month. One of my 2016 goals is to do 20 perfect pushups in a row. I'm playing the long game.
